In healthcare, users don't forgive bugs. Reliability, privacy, and clarity aren't features — they're the baseline that earns the right to exist.
Design for the real network
Assume patchy connectivity, a huge range of devices, and multiple languages. The product has to work on the phone people actually own, on the network they actually have.
AI where it helps, not where it impresses
The goal isn't a demo — it's better recovery outcomes. We use AI to reduce friction and personalise care, and we're ruthless about cutting anything that doesn't move that metric.
